What's included in the Brokerage plan?
For $129/month per brokerage( with 5 agents included ≈$26/agent), the Brokerage plan adds Listing Marketing Automation, fully automated Social Media Management, Email Marketing tools, MLS sync, agent-portal integration, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing admin support. Extra agents can be added for $20/month per agent and big discounts can be offered as you scale.
Are there hidden fees or add-ons?
No. The subscription includes full automation, MLS sync, agent social posts, and print-ready marketing. No extra add-ons.
How does onboarding work?
Xara’s team handles the template setup, MLS integration, and training so your brokerage does not need to lift a finger. For most MLSes the integration is instant.
How long does setup take?
Most brokerages are fully set up in under two weeks. Setup includes ensuring the brokerage is fully connnected, all the agents in the roaster are on the platform with profiles set up, and that the marketing materials and requests are ready to fire up.
Can agents customise their content, or is it locked?
