Eligibility: Licensed Utah real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers can subscribe to UtahRealEstate.com through membership in one of the local REALTOR® Boards or Associations that own and operate WFRMLS. Membership is processed through your local board.

    Contact your local Utah REALTOR® Association to begin the application process. Each board provides access to UtahRealEstate.com as part of REALTOR® membership. You will need an active Utah real estate license placed with a licensed broker who is already a REALTOR® member. Once your association membership is active, you will receive UtahRealEstate.com subscriber credentials.
  • 2Aproval
    Upon approval, you will receive full access to the UtahRealEstate.com platform — including listing input, the public search portal, the mobile app for iOS and Android, IDX data feeds, market statistics, and listing syndication to all major consumer platforms.
