Eligibility: Licensed real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers operating in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, or Georgia — as well as real estate professionals anywhere in the country through Realtracs’s national subscription option (launched 2026) — can subscribe to Realtracs directly through the Realtracs website. For agents whose primary MLS is outside of Realtracs but part of a select integrated network, additional steps may be required to support data licensing.
