How to Join realMLS

Eligibility: Licensed Florida real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers operating in Northeast Florida can join realMLS through NEFAR membership or as a non-REALTOR® MLS-only subscriber. New Primary REALTOR® Members are required to complete a New Member Orientation before gaining full access to the MLS system.

Visit realmls.com/join to complete a realMLS application. You will need your Florida real estate license number and employing broker information. Membership types include Broker/Participant, Agent/Subscriber, and Appraiser. You can also contact NEFAR directly through any of its five Northeast Florida service centers. - 2Approval
Once approved and orientation is complete, you will receive full access to realMLS via the Flexmls platform, the MMT Tax System, market statistics, training resources, listing syndication, and data-sharing access to surrounding MLSs. - 3Connect with Xara
