Eligibility: Licensed Michigan real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers can subscribe to Realcomp MLS. Because Realcomp is owned by its seven shareholder Boards/Associations, all subscriptions are processed through one of those owners. Non-shareholder association members can join through the Gateway program — contact any shareholder board for access.

Applications are completed through your chosen shareholder Board or Association.
