How to Join NWMLS

Eligibility: NWMLS membership is open to licensed Washington state real estate brokers and firms. Individual brokers join through their member firm. NWMLS is a member-owned organization, meaning member firms collectively own and govern the MLS.

Apply for membership through nwmls.com. Member firms (brokerages) apply for firm membership first, after which individual brokers can be added under their firm’s account to gain full NWMLS Matrix access. - 2Requirements
Hold an active Washington state real estate broker’s license and be affiliated with a member firm that participates in NWMLS. The member firm must agree to NWMLS rules and regulations as part of the membership agreement. - 3Connect with Xara
