The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) is a not-for-profit, REALTOR®-owned membership organization founded in 1977 and run by REALTORS® for REALTORS® for the purpose of facilitating the cooperative sale of real estate among its members. Eligibility: Licensed New Jersey real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers can apply to join the NJMLS. Agents must be attached to a member office before applying for individual access. Application types include Agent, Office, Licensed Admin, Unlicensed Admin, and Transfer/Remove Agent.
