Log in to your MOREMLS account via Flexmls at flexmls.com or through the IMS portal at ims.monmouthoceanrealtors.com. Navigate to your office profile or contact MORR support at 732-918-1340 to obtain your unique Office ID. - 2Integrate with Xara Cloud
Enter your MOREMLS Office ID into Xara Cloud’s Monmouth Ocean MLS integration settings. - 3Automatic Generation
Once connected, Xara Cloud will automatically detect, generate and deliver marketing materials from your MOREMLS listings to their respective listing agent.

MOREMLS — the Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service — is the cooperative real estate database of listing and sales information serving Monmouth, Ocean, and surrounding counties in New Jersey. Owned and operated by the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® (MORR), MOREMLS has been the backbone of real estate transactions along the Jersey Shore since the association was founded in 1936, making it one of the longest-running and most trusted MLS organizations in the northeastern United States.
Today, MOREMLS serves over 15,000 REALTORS® subscribers across more than 1,300 offices, together facilitating over $9 billion in real estate transactions every year. MORR is the second-largest REALTOR® Association in New Jersey and operates three staffed offices—in Tinton Falls, Toms River, and Manahawkin—providing members with Monday–Friday in-person support across their entire service territory. Eligibility: Licensed New Jersey real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers operating in Monmouth, Ocean, or surrounding counties can join MOREMLS. Interested agents must be attached to an office that is already part of the MLS before applying. Appraiser members may choose to join both MORR and MOREMLS, or MOREMLS only.

Complete a membership application through the Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® at monmouthoceanrealtors.com/become-a-member. Membership forms and dues schedules are available for offices, agents, assistants, appraisers, and affiliates. Each office is entitled to one unlicensed processor/assistant at no cost. - 2Approval
Once approved, you will receive access to MOREMLS via Flexmls, Supra lockbox services, the full MOREMLS Toolkit, continuing education courses, and in-person support from MORR’s three offices. - 3Connect with Xara
