Eligibility: Licensed Wisconsin real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers can subscribe to Metro MLS through one of its 10 participating REALTOR® Associations. Metro MLS is the primary MLS for Southeastern Wisconsin — brokers opening a new office must complete a Participant application available on the Metro MLS website.

    To become an MLS Participant (Broker) opening a new office, complete the application form available at metromls.com. Subscribers (agents) join through their office’s designated broker participant. Membership in a participating REALTOR® Association is required for most subscription types.
  • 2Requirements
    Once approved, you will receive full access to the Metro MLS platform, CubiCasa member benefit for floor plans, WIREX statewide data access, Markt access through the ARMLS joint venture, listing syndication tools, and Metro MLS’s comprehensive member support.
