Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES) is the top-ranked Multiple Listing Service serving Colorado real estate professionals across the Northern Front Range — founded in 1996 and headquartered in Loveland, Colorado. IRES was established as the regional MLS for Northern Colorado by five Boards and Associations of REALTORS® and is today owned equally by four shareholder associations: BOLO Realtors® (Boulder/Longmont), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, Loveland/Berthoud Realtors®, and Greeley Area Realtors®.
