Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (IMLS) is Idaho’s largest Multiple Listing Service — founded in 1979, headquartered at 10200 W Emerald Street in Boise, and operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boise Regional REALTORS® (BRR), one of Idaho’s leading REALTOR® Associations. As the premier source of property information across Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon, IMLS supports nearly 8,000 real estate professionals through relationships with nine REALTOR® Associations spanning the region — from the Treasure Valley’s Boise metro through the Snake River Plain to the Magic Valley of Twin Falls, the mountain recreation communities of Valley County, and the Eastern Oregon border communities of Malheur County.

Eligibility: Licensed Idaho or Oregon real estate brokers and agents associated with a managing broker in the IMLS service area can subscribe to Intermountain MLS. An active real estate license with the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) or Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) that is associated with a broker is required. REALTOR® membership must be activated before subscribing to IMLS.
