    og in to your GlobalMLS account via Flexmls at flexmls.com. Your GlobalMLS login ID is in the format GLO.##### (your 5-digit member number). Navigate to your office profile or contact GlobalMLS Member Services to obtain your unique Office ID.
  • 2Integrate with Xara Cloud
    Enter your GlobalMLS Office ID into Xara Cloud’s GlobalMLS integration settings.
  • 3Automatic Generation
    Once connected, Xara Cloud will automatically detect, generate and deliver marketing materials from your GlobalMLS listings to their respective listing agent.

What is GlobalMLS?

GlobalMLS (Global MLS, Inc.®) is the largest Multiple Listing Service in Upstate New York and the second-largest MLS in New York State. Headquartered at 449 New Karner Road in Albany, New York, GlobalMLS is a dynamic cooperative serving thousands of sales agents, brokers, and appraisers across the Capital Region and the southern Adirondack region—making homeownership happen hundreds of times a day.

GlobalMLS was launched in 2019 when two longstanding REALTOR® associations—the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® (GCAR) and Southern Adirondack REALTORS® (SAR)—came together to spin off their combined MLS operations into a dedicated, standalone corporation. Previously operating as the Capital Region MLS and Eastern New York Regional MLS (ENYRMLS), GlobalMLS was established to focus entirely on providing the most advanced technology, data integrity, and support for its subscribers, while GCAR and SAR continue to independently deliver REALTOR® membership services, education, ethics enforcement, and advocacy for their respective communities. Today, GCAR and SAR are the two shareholder owners of GlobalMLS. The platform runs on Flexmls and delivers a powerful suite of integrated member tools—including ShowingTime, Supra lockboxes, RPR, Earnnest digital earnest money, and DO AudioTours (an AI-driven multilingual listing tour tool)—directly within the MLS interface, under the leadership of CEO Laura Burns.

GlobalMLS and its shareholder associations are two separate entities—you join GCAR or SAR for REALTOR® membership benefits, and subscribe to GlobalMLS separately for MLS access.

    Complete a REALTOR® membership application through either GCAR (gcar.com) or Southern Adirondack REALTORS® (southernadkrealtors.org), depending on your service area. Once your association membership is active and your broker is a GlobalMLS participant, you can subscribe to GlobalMLS and receive your credentials.
  • 2Approval
    Once approved, you will receive access to GlobalMLS via Flexmls.
  • 3Connect with Xara
