Log in to your FGCMLS account through the RPCRA Member Portal at https://rpcra.org/member-portal.html. Navigate to your office profile or contact RPCRA to obtain your unique Office ID. - 2Integrate with Xara Cloud
Enter your FGCMLS Office ID into Xara Cloud’s FGCMLS integration settings. - 3Automatic Generation
Once connected, Xara Cloud will automatically detect, generate and deliver marketing materials from your FGCMLS listings to their respective listing agent.
What is FGCMLS?
The Florida Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service (FGCMLS) is the official MLS operated by the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association (RPCRA) — one of Southwest Florida’s largest and most established REALTOR® associations, with roots dating back to 1922. Headquartered at 5265 Summerlin Commons Blvd. in Fort Myers, RPCRA formed in its current shape in 2016 when the Realtor Association of Fort Myers merged with the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, uniting the two largest real estate communities in Lee County under one organization. Today, FGCMLS serves approximately 8,000 real estate professionals across offices in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, providing access to approximately 12,000 active listings across Lee County and the surrounding Southwest Florida region.
FGCMLS runs on the Matrix platform powered by Cotality™ and delivers one of the most comprehensive member tool suites of any MLS in Florida — with more than 20 included technology products available to subscribers at no additional cost. How to Join FGCMLS

Eligibility: Licensed Florida real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers can join FGCMLS through RPCRA membership. The Designated Broker of the office must first be a member of RPCRA before any agent may receive FGCMLS membership. FGCMLS-only membership (without full RPCRA membership) is also available for qualifying participants.

Complete a membership application through RPCRA at rpcra.org/membership. Membership types include full REALTOR® members (joining RPCRA + FGCMLS) and MLS-only participants. You will need an active Florida real estate license and a designated broker in good standing with RPCRA. - 2Approval
Once approved, you will receive access to FGCMLS via Matrix (powered by Cotality™), all included member tools, Supra lockboxes (available at member pricing), and RPCRA’s full suite of education, advocacy, and professional development programs.
