Membership in CDAR includes membership in the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). You will need an active California DRE license placed with a Designated REALTOR® broker member of CDAR.

    Once approved, you will receive access to Desert MLS, MLS Touch mobile access, zipForms (through C.A.R.), in-depth market reports, professional designations including CRS, ABR, and GRI, and CDAR’s full suite of education, advocacy, and member services — including webinars, town halls, and continuing education courses.
