Eligibility: Effective January 1, 2025, Canopy MLS operates as an Open MLS, meaning access is available to any licensed real estate broker or agent in North Carolina or South Carolina—REALTOR® membership is no longer required for MLS access, though it remains available.

Apply for MLS access at canopymls.com. Under the Open MLS model, licensed NC and SC real estate brokers and agents can apply directly—your Broker-in-Charge must apply as a Participant before individual agents can subscribe as members of the firm. - 2Requirements
