The Columbus and Central Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (CCORMLS) is the wholly owned MLS subsidiary of Columbus REALTORS® — one of Ohio’s oldest and most respected REALTOR® Associations, founded in 1908 and today representing more than 9,400 real estate professionals in Central Ohio. The MLS itself has been successfully helping Columbus sell homes since 1955, building seven decades of cooperative listing data that makes it Central Ohio’s definitive source for real estate information. As a computerized network of more than 700 cooperating real estate offices, CCORMLS enables thousands of professional real estate brokers and sales associates to share listing and sale information and work together to serve the buying and selling public across one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas.

CCORMLS runs on the Flexmls platform and offers members access to the MLS Dashboard, Supra lockboxes, One/BrokerBay showing management, FOREWARN agent safety tools, and a continuously growing suite of member resources. In 2024, Columbus REALTORS® launched its first data-sharing partnership — with Bluegrass REALTORS® in Lexington, Kentucky — allowing CCORMLS subscribers to seamlessly search Lexington area listings directly within Flexmls. In May 2026, Columbus REALTORS® announced a second data-sharing partnership with NORIS (Northwest Ohio Regional Information System), extending search access further across Ohio. Eligibility: Licensed Ohio real estate brokers and their sales associates can join the Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS through membership in Columbus REALTORS®. As with any MLS in Ohio, the broker must first join the MLS, and then any sales associates may also join. Columbus REALTORS® members may also join other Ohio MLSs through Ohio’s reciprocity agreements without paying additional REALTOR® Association dues.
