Make sure you enter the same email address and password that you used to buy your original product and you will only be charged the upgrade price (plus shipping where applicable).  If you don't get the discount you expect, then this FAQ might help you.

Important Notes:

• Your purchase confirmation will include a serial number so you can unlock the trial download immediately. We will also send the back-up CD (which includes the PDF manual) and printed quick reference card. There is no download-only version.
  
• On any orders delivered to countries in the European Union (EU), Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added at 20% of the price of the product.
• If you purchased offline or through a reseller, you need to register your copy before upgrading (the register option is in the Help menu).
