Xara Picture Editor is currently only available integrated as part of Xara Xtreme.

Xara Picture Editor is a replacement for, and enhancement of, the built-in Windows XP Picture Viewer. It also brings this functionality to older Operating Systems such as Windows 98, ME and 2000.

Our goal in creating the Xara Picture Editor was to create the simplest, slickest photo editor, while keeping the familiar look and feel of the Windows XP Picture viewer.
