You will find there are many music related widgets to choose from. Below we give a step by step guide to inserting three of these - Mixpod and Flashwidgetz which can insert playlists, and Radio Widgets which allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations.
Mixpod TOP  
Below we give a step by step guide to inserting a Mixpod Widget.

Create a playlist at MixPod.com



1 Sign in to your Mixpod account.

2 Click on the button 'Create Playlist' in the main menu.


3 Click on the 'Add Music' tab, search for the list of songs and then click on the icon associated with the song you wish to add to your playlist.


4 Click on the 'Customize the player' tab, select the appropriate skins, color, style and setting options you require for your player.


5 Next, click on the 'Save Playlist' tab, enter the Playlist Title, Description, select up to 3 categories from the Genres list, enter your Playlist Tags and finally click on the SAVE (get code) button.


6 Next, click on Copy to copy the embed code provided.

7 In Web Designer or Xtreme 5, open the web page in which you wish to embed your Mixpod widget.

8 Use the Rectangle tool to create a placeholder sized to be the same size as the Mixpod widget being inserted.

9 Open the Web Properties dialog via Utilities > Web Properties (or by clicking on the icon in the web toolbar or Shift+Ctrl+W) and then click on the Placeholder tab.

10 Enable the radio button 'Replace with HTML code' and paste (Ctrl +V) the code you copied in step 6.

11 Click on OK to apply the changes and close the dialog.

Flashwidgetz TOP  
Below we give a step by step guide to inserting a Flashwidgetz.

1 Sign in to your Flashwidgetz account

2 Click on the button 'Create Playlist' in the main menu.


3 Enter the Playlist Name and click on the 'Create Playlist' button.


4 Next, select the Playlist and click on 'Add Music to the Playlist'.

5 In the Music Search, search for the list of songs and then click on the icon associated with the song you wish to add to your playlist. On the right hand side click on View Playlist. Here you can either add or delete songs from the playlist.


6 Next, click on the Widgets link in the main menu and choose the appropriate music player by clicking on the 'Create' button.


7 Select the color of the widget and configure the player settings. Click on the music tab, select the Existing Playlist and click Go.


8 Click on the Save tab to save and create a widget.

9 Next click on the 'Other Site' link on the left and click on Copy to copy the embedded code provided.

10 In Web Designer or Xtreme 5, open the web page in which you wish to embed your Flashwidgetz.

11 Use the Rectangle tool to create a placeholder sized to be the same size as the Flashwidgetz being inserted.

2 Click on the 'Stations' button and select the category of music you wish to play.


3 Select one of the available stations from the chosen category.


4 Next, click on 'Grab and Share', select the destination and click on the + icon.


5 Click Copy to copy the code to add to your website.

6 In Web Designer or Xtreme 5, open the web page in which you wish to embed your Radio Widget.

7 Use the Rectangle tool to create a placeholder sized to be the same size as the Radio Widgets being inserted.
