Xtreme power for Graphics Designers
Xara Xtreme and Xtreme Pro have just been upgraded to version 3.2 making them even more powerful for graphic designers. The new releases include
many enhancements to the bitmap and photo handling, the color, fill and text controls and the import and export options. Xara Xtreme Pro now benefits
from the inclusion of Xara3D for high quality 3D headings, logos and animations.
Xara Xtreme and Xtreme Pro remain the fastest vector graphics editors available, by a large margin. Their versatility enables the user to design and
process vector graphics, photos, flash and DTP documents. At a price of only $249 it's no wonder that many professional designers are choosing Xara
Xtreme Pro above the more expensive alternatives, as it gives them the features they require such as CMYK support, PDF import, PDF/X export, support
of both PANTONE color matching and multi-page documents.
Xara Xtreme users can now create animated Flash animations as well as benefiting from improved text handling with flowing columns and pdf import.
Xtreme Pro users now have even more import/export options including Microsoft XPS and support for professional RAW photo files. Since Xara3D is now
bundled, Xara Xtreme Pro users can now create 3D extrusions, headings and animations.
Both Xara Xtreme and Xtreme Pro benefit from more than 40 new enhancements including integration with external photo editors such as Adobe Photoshop and
Corel PaintShop Pro. With only one simple click on a photo in Xara Xtreme to edit, and a second click on "Save", pictures will be automatically
updated in Xara Xtreme.
The range of import and export options has been increased to accommodate RTF, EMF, SVG and, in Xara Xtreme Pro, XPS and RAW. Compatibility with
Microsoft Vista has also been improved.
