New in the Xara Xone: August
In the August movie tutorial Gary Bouton shows you how to import, edit and color a hand drawn cartoon in Xara Designer Pro/ Photo & Graphic Designer, with plenty of tips on the Shape Painter, coloring and more. There's more to learn in Tips & Tricks where you can find out how to make text on material like T Shirts look right, with the help of the Mold and Shape tools mixed with a bit of slicing and coloring. And finally there are a couple of completely free 'bling' brushes to download.

New Product Announced: Xara Page & Layout Designer
Xara has today announced that they plan to add a brand new product to the Xara Designer range. Page & Layout Designer will combine all the text & page layout features of the existing Designer range (and some new DTP features & templates), with the image editing power of the best of the illustration and photo editing tools. The result will be a fully integrated, flexible and powerful 'Document Processor' that can be used to create everything from business cards to multi-page brochures. Xara Page & Layout Designer will be launched in the week commencing 1st July 2013, but you can find pre-release information on the following sites:
